Returning Patients– Please make sure that you have done any ordered labs or tests from your prior visit and, if able, bring the results with you.
New Patients– Please come 15 minutes prior to your appointment time and bring your ID card, your insurance card, authorization for visit (HMO patients only), and any relevant labs. If able, please print and fill out the new patient forms and bring them in with you; this will help us process your paperwork in a timely manner.
Uroflow– Please start drinking water around an hour prior to your appointment; you will need to have a full bladder for this procedure. Once you are at the ofice, if you do not yet have the strong urge to urinate, you can continue drinking water in the waiting room until you are ready.
Biopsy of Prostate– We ask patients to abstain from taking any aspirin for the week before the appointment and to take 2 enemas and 1 antibiotic 1 hour before the appointment. If you are uncertain about these instructions, please refer to the instruction sheet given to you in person, or feel free to call us to verify.
